Advances to the next phase of the run
(Preheat to Amplification or Amplification
to Anneal).

The ‘Stop’ button will abort a run in
progress. A confirmation pop up box will
prompt ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

This shows the fluorescence data that is
being acquired during the amplification
phase of the experiment.

ANNEAL

that is being acquired during the anneal
