Duplication Buffer Time-out (0x89

This parameter sets the minimum time that must elapse before the scanner decodes a second bar
code identical to the one just decoded. It is programmable in 0.1 second increments from 0.0 to
9.9 seconds.
To set a time-out, scan the bar code below and then scan 2 numeric bar codes on page 108. If the
desired value is a single digit number, it must have a leading zero. Scan the “0” bar code first.
For example, to set a time-out of 0.5 seconds, scan the bar code below, then scan the “0” and “5”
bar codes. To change the change or cancel an incorrect entry, scan “Cancel” bar code on page
108.
