prohibited or if interference is being
caused by the mobile telephone or if

Mobile telephones operated in the
interior of a vehicle without an exterior
aerial cause disrupt the functioning of
the vehicle's electronics system. Only
operate mobile telephones using an
aerial attached to the exterior of the
vehicle.
