Caring for your system

1. Use a Clorox® Germicidal

Wipe to wipe the outside of

the meter and lancing device

To clean your meter, hold
it with the test strip port
pointed down. Be sure to
squeeze out any excess liquid
before you wipe the meter.

Wipe the outside of the
lancing device cap.

Cleaning your meter, lancing device

and cap

The meter, lancing device and cap should be cleaned at
least once per week. Be sure to clean the meter, lancing
device and cap before disinfecting.

2. Wipe dry with a clean,

sterile gauze
