3. System Description
The KP100G converts DC power obtained from solar modules into the AC power that is used in homes and businesses, and enables interconnection
with the utility grid.
This makes it possible to purchase power from the utility during periods when the load is high, and to sell power to the utility during periods when the
load is low. (Please note that a contract must be concluded with the utility for this purchasing and selling transaction.) The system configuration of the
KP100G is shown in Fig, 3-1.

MPP (Maximum Power Point) Trackers
Three pairs of positive and negative DC input channels are connected to three sets of MPP Trackers.
DC Bus
The three sets of MPP Trackers store DC power via the DC/DC boost converter to the DC bus
DC/AC Inverter
The DC bus is connected to the DC/AC inverter, which converts DC power to AC power
Main and Redundant Relays
The two relays, RLY1 and RLY2, control the connection of the inverter to grid via the main and redundant controllers.
Output Lines
Three output lines (L1, L2, and L3) represent the three-phase AC power transmission to grid.
Other Main Components
The EMI Filter, GFCI, System Power Supply, Riso, Interface, and Display are included.
