Attaching the Biopsy Valve
Push the Biopsy Valve (MAJ-210 or MD-495) down onto the Suction Valve
Holder until the valve snaps into position. Confirm that the Biopsy Valve is secure
(see Figure 3.11).
At low temperatures, the Biopsy Valve may become stiff and
difficult to attach.

1.
Align the red Mark#1 on the endoscope’s Control Section with the red
Mark#2 on the Miniature Light Source (see Figure 3.12).
2.
Connect the Socket of the Miniature Light Source to the Light Guide of the
endoscope (see Figure 3.12).

While pushing the Miniature Light Source in the direction of the arrow shown
in Figure 3.12, rotate the Attachment Ring clockwise until it stops.
