5 Menu operations and functions

After the language setting is changed, it may take longer than normal for screen display functions to be
performed. This does not indicate malfunction.
Changing the display language
Setting the date and time
Use the procedure below to select the language for menus and error messages that appear on the
display.
Use the procedure below to configure date and time settings.
Be sure to set the correct date and time before using the instrument for the first time.
Date and time information is shown on the display and is also recorded on the print screen. Data
recording is also performed in accordance with date and time information.
Selecting a language displays the message to let you know that the process is being performed.
After the message disappears, LCD monitor contents will be in the language you selected.
SETUP > LANGUAGE > Select a language.
SETUP > DATE TIME > Set DMY, H:M.
