6 Stereo measurement procedures (RX (stereo measurement function) only)
To use a stereo optical adapter for stereo measurements, you need to register the stereo optical
adapter to the main unit in advance.
If the combination of the stereo optical adapter and the insertion tube is changed due to purchas-
ing the additional optical adapter or repairing the insertion tube, etc., you need to register the new
stereo optical adapter as well.
Also, if there is a difference in measurement values when measurement values were checked, you
need to re-register the stereo optical adapter in the same procedures as those of the new registration.
This registration is an operation to create the information for the combination of your stereo optical
adapter and the insertion tube.
The information that is created is stored in the internal memory of the main unit.

Select "SELECT OPTICAL ADAPTER" in [Menu Operation], and select "NEW
STEREO ADAPTER". Then press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.

Attach the stereo optical adapter to the insertion tube's distal end.

Insert an optical data media (USB flash drive) into the USB connector.
If the USB flash drive for recording images is inserted, the message is displayed. Remove the
USB flash drive for recording images and insert an optical data media.
