5.13.8 Network Settings
It is possible to connect the CERO to an existing network by defining an IP address.
NOTE
Please contact your Network Administrator for the appropriate IP settings.
1. In the System Menu, go to Settings.
2. Enter the Network Window.
3. Turn the IP Configuration Switch located at the back of the CERO to the desired position
(figure 13). The following table describes the possible configurations:
Scwitch Position IP Configuration
0 Predefined IP settings.
The IP address assigned is 192.168.1.1.
1 Configurable IP settings.
Please ask your network administrator for the appropriate settings.
2 DHCP client
The IP settings are assigned automatically. This is the default mode.
3 DHCP server.
The CERO functions as a DHCP server and assigns automatically the
IP settings.
ATTENTION
Do not use this configuration while connected to a
network. This configuration is to be used to connect a
computer which is not bound network.

4. Enter the applicable network parameters.
5. Restart the CERO to implement the new settings.
