ONNECT THE FAX MACHINE TO THE POWER SUPPLY

1. A. Insert the female connector
at one end of the power ca-
ble into the male connector
on the rear of the fax ma-
chine.
B. Then insert the plug at the
other end of the cable into
the wall power socket.

The plug of the power supply cable may vary from country to
country.

ETTING SOME PARAMETERS
Once the fax is connected to the power supply, the fax ma-
chine automatically runs a short test to check that its compo-
n e n t s a r e w o r k i n g a n d t h e d i s p l a y m a y s h o w :
"AUTOMATIC 00" on the first line and "SET DATE/TIME" on
the second line.
i m p o r t a n t
If the display shows the language in which the messages are
displayed, for example "ITALIANO", before setting the date
and time, you must set the language and country in which it is
to be used (see the procedure below).
