Easy Maintenance
2.3.1
Simplified Maintenance
The new series are the first Olivetti A3 MFPs to introduce the CRU (Customer
Replacement Unit) design concept, a safe tested procedure that enables the
replacement of parts in any order without specific tools.
Thanks to the CRU design concept, the time taken for maintenance procedures is
drastically reduced. This helps to reduce the labour element of the running costs.
NOTE: Despite the simplified installation and maintenance procedures, it is
highly recommended that these operations should always be carried out by
authorised trained personnel from Olivetti Dealers and Re-Sellers, to guarantee
the correctness of the procedures as a basic condition to maintain the warranty
terms.
