Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Type of tone detect, 1 to 3 (1:Originating dial tone detect, 2:Disconnection dial tone detect,
3:Busy tone detect)
P2 - Detect time (ms) 0, 500 to 10000 multiples of 100 only (0 means that not detect). If P1 is 3
then multiples of 1000 only.

Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY)
