FUNCTION
Commands to set, get, and reset a BV1250 unit’s line information
CHARACTERISTICS
SET-TERM
Writes line information parameters a port used in a BV1250 unit
Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Port number entered as a number from 1 to 4
P2 - Extension number (terminal number) entered as a number from 1 to 8 digits in length. May
include characters 0 – 9 and the # and * symbols
P3 - Terminal category (DP or DTMF) where 0 is DP and 1 is DTMF
P4 - The Line class parameter 0 (fixed) is the only valid setting for the BV1250
NOTE
It is possible to set, get (confirm), and reset line information even if
a terminal hunt group has been previously registered using the
SET-HNT
command.
Unused ports should not be defined.
Output Parameter(s):
Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY) parameters for line parameters
GET-TERM
Displays current and new line information parameters for all or a specified port on a BV1250 unit
Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Port number (1, 2, 3, or 4). If omitted returns All.
Output Parameter(s):
Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY) parameters for specified or all ports
RST-TERM
Resets (deletes) line information parameters for specified line (port) on BV1250 unit
Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Port number entered as a number from 1 to 4
Output Parameter(s):
Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY) parameters for a specified line (port) where the deleted
(reset) parameters are displayed with *
