Command to set and get Disconnection timing value for a BV1250 E&M unit or BV1250 FXO unit.

Writes Disconnect value to BV1250 E&M or FXO unit.
Input Parameter(s):
P1 - Disconnect time entered as a value between 0 and 1440 minutes. 0 disables the function
Output Parameter(s):
Displays current (ACT) and new (SBY) Disconnect value to BV1250 E&M or FXO unit

Returns currently defined Disconnect value to BV1250 E&M or FXO unit
