Check that the same IP address is set for the printer
and the printer’s port setting on the computer.
If using OKI LPR Utility, check the IP address setting in
OKI LPR Utility.

Unsupported USB cable is being used.
Use a USB 2.0 cable.

A USB hub is being used.
Connect the printer directly to the computer.
Printer driver is not installed correctly.
Reinstall printer driver.

Right-click the printer icon in the [
Devices and
Printers
] folder, and then select [
See what’s printing
]

printer name*
] when multiple printer drivers are
installed). In the dialog box displayed, select the

Printer
] menu and then remove the check from [

Printer Offline
].

A switch, buffer, extension cable, or USB
hub is being used.
Connect the printer directly to the computer.
A driver for a different printer that uses a
USB connection has been installed.
Delete the other printer driver from the computer.
