6. Screws are inclined and pass
through the passing plate too quick-
ly.
○ Adjust the passing plate.
○ Reduce the number of screws in the
scooping chamber.
7. No screw comes out to the screw
holding groove.
○ Screws are stuck on the rail.
○ The passing plate has not been ad-
justed correctly.
○ There are too many screws in the
scooping chamber.
○ Adjust the holding plate position.
8. The machine stops suddenly.
○ The overload protection circuit was ac-
tivated.
○ There are too many screws in the
scooping chamber.
○ An object (e.g. screw) is stuck be-
tween the rail and the body.
○ A screw remains in the stopper for a
given period of time.
○ Reset the main power.
○ Eliminate the cause of overload.
○ Reduce the number of screws in the
scooping chamber.
○ If the machine stops even after
the number of screws has been
reduced, contact the dealer from
which you purchased the machine
for repair.
○ Remove the object.
