CHAPTER 3 – MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

MB90 MB120 Series Service Manual

5. Remove and replace the Main PCB.

Note: Software upload via Service and Repair Tools is needed when replacing the
Main Board. The new Main board spare part includes the Main PCB, CPU (with WinCE
license sticker) and SD Card.

3.9 Replacing the load cell

1. Open the Analyzer (Refer to 3.2)

2. Detach the Top Housing.

3. Locate the Load Cell.

4. Remove the Load Cell metal plate by removing the 4 screws securing the plate.

Lift up the Load Cell metal cover you will see the Load Cell kit.

Remove the Load Cell cable from the Main PCB and remove the 6 screws securing
the Load Cell kit.
