3.  Locate and remove the two screws securing the AC plug to the housing. 

 

 

4.  Remove and replace the AC Plug by shifting the plug upwards. 

 

3.7  Replacing the control board 

1.  Open the Analyzer (Refer to 3.2) 

2.  Detach the Top Housing. 

3.  Locate the Control Board which is above the load cell. 

4.  Locate the 5 screws securing the Control Board to the housing and detach the load 

cell cable and cable from Control Board to Power Board.
