5.3 Sealing
The scale is verified and must be sealed to prevent undetected access to the legally controlled settings. Refer
to the illustrations below for sealing methods.
-- Paper sealing: affix the sealing paper on the countersunk screw shown as Figure 5-2.
-- Wire Sealing: replace the countersunk screw by a cross-drilled screw that can be found in the packaging box.
Then thread a sealing wire through the screw head and a permanent tab on the bottom housing shown as
Figure 5-3.
