3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION:
Use the equipment only under guard.
The equipment must never works without water.
IGNITION
Activate the master switch.
3.1 Electric plate
Turn the knob on the selected position among “1” and “6” (Fig. 1). The pilot lamp lights up.
To start with the highe temperature is advisable; when the temperature is reached turn the knob on a lower position. To
switch off turn the knob on position .

Plate out.
1 To keep food warm or to melt the butter.
2 Continous cooking of small quantities.
3 Continous cooking of big quantities.
4 Medium temperature cooking.
5 High temperature cooking.
6 Only in the beginning and for 5-10 minutes max

3.2 Electric warm cabinet (Fig. 2)
The models .CQE..C .CTE..C are provided with a warm cabinet with electric
heating.
They are very simple to use.

press the button “P” which will light up,
-
position the knob “Q” on the required temperature, which will be
automatically regulated, indicating that heating has taken place by the
pilot light "R" (blinking).
In order to turn it out:
-
return the knob "Q" to the zero setting press the button "P" which will go
out.
