Trouble Shooting
Electric power can cause severe injuries. Defective electrical compo-
nents to be replaced immediately and possible causes for accidents to
be eliminated. Repair work to be carried out by qualified personnel.
Disconnect the machine from electric power source during
repair/maintenance work.
Only original OERTZEN spare parts and accessories to be used. Use of
other materials ceases all warranty obligations.
Malfunction Cause

Machine does not start.
- Machine not connected to electric

- Phase missing.
- Overload protection activated.
- Press motor protection switch.

Activate main switch.
- Change fuse.

Machine suddenly stops.
- Fuse defective.
- Overload protection activated.
- Low voltage.
- Motor protection switch defective.
- Operating pressure too high.
- Change fuse.
- Cool down motor.
- Ensure correct voltage.
- Call qualified service.
- Clean / replace nozzle

Electric motor noises during start-up.
- Fuse burnt
(phase missing).

Working pressure not achieved/varies
- Air in machine
- Water shortage
