Several work order fields contain lists from which the client can choose from
a set of options. These lists can be easily customized.

To remove text that is no longer needed

Select the text.

Press ‘Delete’.

Click the ‘Reformat Lines’ hyperlink to remove any blank lines from the list.

To add text at the end of a list

Click at the end of the last line of text.

Press ‘Enter’.

Type the new text.
