You should always wear cloth gloves when you handle roll media to
protect the printing surface.

Pull the holder stopper lever (a) to the outside to release it, then remove the holder
stopper from the roll holder.

With the leading edge of the media on the roll facing up, insert the roll holder into
the left end of the roll media, and push it in until it stops.

Attach the holder stopper to the right side of the roll holder, insert it until it contacts
the core of the roll media, then firmly push the holder stopper lever (a) over toward
the shaft to lock it.
