Denying/allowing access to the paper compartment

Access the key operator system (see page 13).

Open the ‘Machine’ section and select ‘Error info’.

Press the function button ‘Loading paper’ to select ‘Key operator’ or ‘User’.

When ready, quit the key operator system.
Access to special feeder
Additionally, the use of the special feeder can be denied, which means that
users will not be able to use special copy materials or paper sizes which are not
available in the paper trays.

Access the key operator system (see page 13).

Open the ‘Machine’ section and select ‘Basic’ settings.

Press the function button ‘Use of special feeder’ to select ‘Disabled’ or
‘Enabled’.

When ready, quit the key operator system.
