Linking paper trays

Tray 4 - the default paper tray - can be linked to one or more other trays
containing also A4-portrait paper. By doing so, you instruct the Océ 3165 to
automatically switch to another tray when the tray being used is empty (this is
called ‘continuous copying’).

By default, ‘Link paper trays’ is set to ‘None’. This setting may be changed to
link tray 4 to ‘All’ trays, a single tray, or two additional trays.

Access the key operator system (see page 13).

Open the ‘Machine’ section and select the ‘Paper trays’ settings.

Press the function button ‘Link paper trays’ as often as needed to select the
required trays.
