Self test diagnostics
Table 4. Descriptions of self-diagnostics information
Item Description
HIGH TEMP The occurrence times of high temperature (higher than 65°C)
HIGHEST TEMP The highest temperature
LOW TEMP The occurrence times of low temperature (lower than -25°C)
LOWEST TEMP The lowest temperature
VIDEO LOSS The occurrence times of video loss
LOW VOLTAGE The occurrence times of low voltage (lower than the working voltage)
POWER UP The occurrence times of abnormal reboot
PAN LOST The occurrence times of panning loss*
TILT LOST The occurrence times of tilting loss*
CAMERA LOST The occurrence times of communication loss
* Panning loss and tilting loss refer to the failures of panning and tilting, for diagnosing the electric motor of the camera.
4.10 Others
4.10.1 Configuring dome authentication
You can change and enable or disable the dome authentication password to prevent unauthorized changes to the dome settings.
After you set and enable the password, you must enter the password when you call preset
95 to enter the menu.
