Allow the cooler to operate for about 30 minutes for chilled and hot water dispensing
CAUTION: WATER FROM THE HOT FAUCET CAN SCALD
TO DISCONTINUE USE OF POU WATER COOLER
1.
Disconnect the power supply cord from the power supply.
Cook, Cold, & Carbo Model
1.
Turn OFF mains water.
2.
Drain water in reservoir through Cook, Cold, and then Carbo faucets.
3.
Disconnect cooler from power supply
4.
Set to CLOSE the CO2 regulator
5.
ALWAYS DRAIN ALL WATER WHEN FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE
ANTICIPATED AND BEFORE SHIPPING THE WATER COOLER.
Hot, Cold& Carbo Model
1.
Place the hot tank switch in the “OFF” position.
2.
Draw water from the hot faucet until the water is cool.
3.
Turn OFF mains water.
4.
Drain water in the reservoir through Hot, Cold, and then Carbo faucets.
5.
Disconnect cooler from power supply
6.
Set to CLOSE the CO2 regulator
7.
Place a container under the drain valve
8.
Turn the drain valve counter clockwise to open
9.
Turn the drain valve to the closed position when the tank is empty
ALWAYS DRAIN ALL WATER WHEN FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE
ANTICIPATED AND BEFORE SHIPPING THE WATER COOLER.
Safety Float
The cooler is equipped with a safety float to prevent overfilling in case the fill float fails. If the
fill float should fail, the safety float will be activated as the water level rises. When the safety
float is activated, water flow to the reservoir will be shut off. Press the blue reset button about
half way down on the reservoir cap until you hear the water flow restart, then call your service
representative.
CAUTION: A HARD IMPACT OR JARRING OF THE UNIT WHILE IT IS FILLING
MAY TRIP THE SAFETY FLOAT.
Removable Reservoir
This cooler is designed with a removable reservoir. The reservoir can be replaced with a
sanitised unit during routine maintenance services.
To Remove Reservoir
1.
Drain the cooler as described above.
2.
Pour hot water over the reservoir sleeve to aid in removing the reservoir by melting any ice on
the sleeve.
3.
Drain any additional water from the reservoir through the cold faucet.
4.
Disconnect cooler from power supply
