This tool provides picture mode presets and adjustments for color separation,
noise reduction, and VCR input timing tolerance. The picture mode presets
(Professional, Cinema, Home Theater, Normal, or Vivid) are specific
combinations of brightness, contrast, color saturation, and sharpness levels.

Picture mode preset selections are usually made based on the exact program
content (e.g. drama vs. newscast); you can select the preset based on your
own preference. Noise reduction settings may depend on quality of the signal
feed or the individual channel.
¾ The adjustments affect the video window only, except for full-screen media
viewing.

Contrast Control .
¾ De-interlacing Control includes the following choices: auto, film, video, and
smart (with inverse 3:2 pull-down adjustment).
¾ Brightness and Contrast Control includes adjustments on hue (tint),
brightness, contrast, and color saturation. You change the setting based on
your own preference.
¾ This facility allows optimization for particular media content (e.g. a specific
DVD, MPEG, or WMV movies downloaded from the Internet, or live TV
programs, or programs recorded with NVIDIA DualTV).

The adjustments affect the video window only, except for full-screen media
viewing.
