SERVICE MANUAL

5.1

ACCESS

For access to the solenoid valve assembly, the
engineer needs to:

Make sure that the machine is switched off.

Using a phillips screwdriver, loosen the two
screws on the top panel.

Remove the left side panel.

5.2

FLOWMETER AND CHECK

VALVE

The flowmeter is located at the base of solenoid
valve support. To replace:

Disconnect the wiring connections.

Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes in tef-
lon using a 12 mm wrench.

Remove the two screws fastening the flow-
meter to the base using a 7 mm wrench.

The check valve body is located at the flowmeter
inlet.

5.3

SOLENOID

VALVE

Solenoid valves are placed under the left side
panel. The upper four valves respectively work
for:

Steam

Hot water (economizer version)

Hot water (standard version)

Cappuccino

maker

Air for coffee circuit
