4.3 Conformity Declaration

Every Machine is supplied with a Conformity Declaration together with the instructions.
Machines are constructed in accordance with essential safety requirements of Community Directives:

2006/42/CE related to the machines

-

2004/108/CE related to electromagnetic compatibility.

The conjecture of conformity to the machine is given also through applicable parts of the regulations,
type A and B, harmonized to the declared directives.
The  conjecture  of  conformity,  where  applicable,  is  moreover  given  by  means  of  regulations  type  C
used by the manufacturer, in case they are harmonized within the meaning of Machine Directives. All
references are reported on the Conformity Declaration.
