4.4.2 Connecting Load Cable
The generator is supplied with field connections.
The cables should be connected to the
main wiring terminals which are located inside
the field wiring cabinet.
Warning:
Before connection, the following precautionary measures must be taken.
Connection must be only be carried out by a licensed electrician.
Battery must be disconnected.
The start key switch must be set to the “OFF” position.
4.5 Earthing Connections
The generator and electrical components have their respective earth wires which are all
connected to the main earth bar in the control cabinet.
NOTE: This generator has General Power Outlets (GPO) installed.
Main Earth Neutral (MEN) is installed on this generator.
Warning:
Earth spike must be installed
Warning:
If the earth terminal is not connected, it may result in injury or death.
All the doors must be earthed.
Main earth and earth spike should be installed and tested by a licensed electrician
before running the generator.
4.6 ATS Connections
The generator is equipped with an automatic transfer switch plug in the field wiring cabinet.
The customer can select an appropriate ATS (automatic transfer switch) and connect it to
the generator.

Connect the wire between the generator set and ATS plug.

Connect the wires between the generator main wiring terminals
and the ATS wiring terminals.
