GENERAL
croSSfadEr
- the dropdown menu lets you configure the crossfader. There are three
options:
normal
(standard crossfader action);
reverse
(crossfader works in opposite sense);
disabled (the crossfader is disabled).
EQ
– sets the maximum cut/boost range of the EQ controls – 6 dB or 12 dB.
outPut - allows you to set the audio output to be mono or stereo.
HEadrooM – sets how much headroom your device has before the internal limiter acts.
Less headroom results in louder output, but has a greater chance of the limiter acting,
especially when more than one audio channel is in the mix. With the initial headroom setting of
0 dB you can apply 3dB of gain per deck before the limiter starts working.
CuE
overdrive - increase this setting to give the level at the headphones output an extra boost. To
prevent hearing damage, be careful not to set the level too high.
notE: Adding overdrive can reduce audio quality so is only recommended if you are
encountering problems with your headphone level.
FADERS
c/f curve
- Adjusts the crossfader curve. Turn anticlockwise for a tighter “cut” and clockwise
for a more gradual fade
u/f curve
- Adjusts the channel fader (“upfader”) curve. Turn anticlockwise for a tighter “cut”
and clockwise for a more gradual fade.
