GSM900 : counts how many times T200 in MS has expired and therefore a L2 
transmission has been repeated.

GSM900 : counts how many times T200 in BS (network) has expired and therefore a 
L2 frame was requested again.

GSM1800: counts how many times T200 in MS has expired and therefore a L2 
transmission has been repeated. (for dualband phones) 

dddd 

GSM1800: counts how many times T200 in BS (network) has expired and therefore a 
L2 frame was requested again. (for dualband phones) 

 
The GSM900 counters are also valid in GSM900/GSM1800 multiband phones. Counters will stop 
when they reach their maximum. To initialize the counters to zero, select display 40. 
Display 60 also initializes these counters.
