Interface Problems

Possible Solution

Make sure that the speeds on each end of the ethernet connection are
the same (10 Mbps or 100 Mbps).

Possible Cause

The port is not enabled.

Possible Solution

Make sure that the interface is configured as active in Voyager’s
Interface page.

Problem

High collision rate on the hub

Possible Cause

There is a problem with one or more connections.

Possible Solution

To localize the problem, disconnect the network cables one at a time
until you identify the source of the problem. Then troubleshoot further.
