2. Safety
CLEARANCE
Use a chopper whenever it is
necessary to manually feed.
CLEARANCE MINIMUM WIDTH: 2.50 meters
(this measure may vary according to tractor
width and tires used).
We remind you that the harvester has not
been developed and it is not appropriate
to be manually fed, since this procedure
exposes high accident risks to people who
are involved. Whenever there is the need of
manual opening of the clearance, harvest
laying down crop etc., use one of Nogueira
Static Line choppers, such as EN-6800.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MANUALLY
FEED THE HARVESTER.
It is the producer (customer) sole responsibility
to plan the planting, so that the right spacing
for the harvest is respected.
Nogueira Máquinas will not be held
responsible for the inadequate use of its
equipment. The harvester must be used only
with accordance with this Manual, any other
procedure must be avoided.
It is very important to plan ahead the clearances, leaving the necessary gaps in
order to allow the set of harvester and tractor entry.
