6. Maintenance

Always use the original stones.
Inadequate stone can break during
sharpening and cause an accident with
personal injury and in the machine.
The use of PPE (suitable gloves and safety
glasses) is mandatory during the above
procedure.
6.1- How to replace sharpening stone
Replace the sharpener stone when you find
that it has lost its sharpening ability.
PROCEDURE:
1.
Remove the bolts (A) and the sharpener
cover (B);
2.
Using an allen key, remove the 2 bolts (C);
3.
Remove the 2 bolts (D) and remove the
sharpener from the machine;
4.
Turn the rod (G) until the stone set (H)
comes out of the sharpener;
5.
Remove the 4 bolts (J) to release the
stone (K);
6.
Install a new stone (K) on the sharpener.
7.
Refit the sharpener in the machine,
following the reverse order of disassembly.

ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
