MAINTENANCE SAFETY
Maintenance activities,
inspection and repairs must
only be performed by a
specialized technician, aware
of all the risks involved. It
is necessary, therefore, to
foresee operating procedures
related to the machine,
proper to the administration
of dangerous situations that
might be presented, and
all the methods to avoid
them. The specialized
technician must always work
with absolute care, paying
maximum attention and
respecting all safety norms.
Turn off the tractor PTO,
the engine and remove the
key from ignition before
you regulate, lubricate or
perform any maintenance
services in the machine.
Never perform any repairs
or adjustments when the
machine is on.
Always put all hydraulic
controls of the tractor with
gear lever in neutral before
you turn it off or work on the
hydraulic system.
Make sure all systems
components are kept in
good state.

The operator must have good visibility
of working areas, which are considered
dangerous. The machine must not be
left unattended when it is coupled to
a tractor and when the ignition key is
inserted.
Check the working environment before
you start operations. Pinpoint dangerous
places or with obstacles that might put
the operation at risk.
