PREPARING MACHINE FOR CLEANING
APPLICATION
INSTALLING LIQUID CLEANING AGENT
For specific cleaning agent recommendations, contact
your Tennant representative.
1. Remove cap from the blue injector tube. Do not
misplace cap (Figure 1). Use cap to prevent injector
tube from clogging when machine is not in use.

2. Select the desired metering tip (tips supplied with
machine) and thread tip into the blue injection tube
on machine (Figure 2). The Orange is factory
installed.
Light cleaning – Use Orange Tip = approximately
2 oz. per gallon (15ml / L)
Medium cleaning – Use Red Tip = approximately
4 oz. per gallon (30ml / L)
Heavy cleaning – Use Blue Tip = approximately
6 oz. per gallon (44ml / L)
Dispensing rates may vary depending on cleaning
agent used. Do not use machine without metering
tip installed.

3. Place the cleaning agent container into the
accessory tools/cleaning formula compartment.
Remove cap from container and attach blue
injector tube cap. Push blue tube to bottom of
container (Figure 3).
FOR SAFETY: When using machine, follow mixing
and handling instructions on cleaning agent
containers.
