Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Direct Connections

Test the Connection without the Radar Wizard

If the Radar wizard is unable to see the IR2, you can try to find the radar with a ping.

1. Turn on the radar and wait for one to two full minutes while the radar decides to use its

default IP address.

2. Reboot your computer.

3. Once everything is up and running, select

Start

Run

from your Taskbar.

4. In the

Open

field type

Ping 192.168.0.1 –t

5. This sends a “Hello – are you there” type message to the radar. You should see the

following screen:
