9-2-4. Traction motor - disassembly and reassembly

Oil seal

B G

Apply grease on the lip of the oil
seal, and apply the THREEBOND
[#1104] or equivalent around the
seal.

When OIL SEALS, O-RINGS and / or BEARINGS were removed, they

should be replaced to new ones.

CAUTION

Cap (Dust resistant)

Apply THREEBOND[#1527] or
equivalent to bond the cap to the
"Cover, end".

Bolt, stud

Apply LOCTITE [#648] or
equivalent to threads on the stud
side.
