04 Control System          

      

Functional Description 

 

The  machine  utilizes  a  Dash  Board

 

(EB1)  to  turn  on 

various machine functions and a Main Controller (EB2) 
to control outputs. When Dash Board (EB1) receives 
inputs from operator, it activates various components 
and functions accordingly.

Brush motor (M2&M3)

Vacuum motor (M4&M5(Optional)) 

•

 

Release brush  

•

 

Solution valve (EV1) 

•

 

Deck & Squeegee actuator (M6&M7) 

•

 

Water pump (M8) 

•

 

Battery type setting 

•

 

LED headlight (LED1&LED2) 

The Dash Board (EB1) also shows battery capacity, 

running time, and error messages on LCD monitor. 

The  USB  charger  for  mobile  phone  (EB3)  can 

provide 5V/2.4A DC power. 

The  warning  lamp  is  always  on  when  machine  is 

powered on. 

The communication protocol between Dash Board 

(EB1) and Main Controller (EB2) is CAN protocol.
