Documenting the MAC ID
The GXr2 Installation Worksheet, included with the IntelliControl
ICS modular multiZone receiver (and available for download at
www.nilesaudio.com), provides spaces for placing the mAC ID
stickers next to the name of the zone they are located in. Two mAC
ID stickers are found inside the iremoteTS battery compartment.
remove one of the stickers and place in the appropriate area
on the GXr2 Installation Worksheet. Do NoT rEmoVE BoTh
STICKErS From ThE iremoteTS. It may become necessary to
reference the iremoteTS mAC ID sticker for troubleshooting if the
system is not performing properly.
NoTE: once the Getting Started steps are finished, the iremoteTS will be ready
to be configured to control an IntelliControl ICS modular multiZone receiver,
a home theater system, or both. If the iremoteTS is to be configured for both,
first configure for the IntelliControl ICS modular multiZone receiver, and then
configure it for the home theater system.
