2. Align the holes of two gears of the scissors
gear ASSY. (44101-5120). Insert SB4 × 8 into
the holes to fix the gears.
3. Align the notches as shown to the right and
tighten HH6 × 6 (n = 2) to fix the scissors gear
ASSY.
4. Adjust the gear positions (adjustment point)
between the
θ
axis gear ASSY. (44101-5130)
and
θ
axis motor ASSY. (44101-5140). Screw
SB3 × 6 (n = 4) and FC4 × 10 (n = 4) to fix
them.
* At this point, there are still rattles between
the gears of the scissors gear ASSY. and
θ
axis motor ASSY.
5. Align them and unscrew SB4 × 8, which was
inserted into the holes of the scissors gear
ASSY.
* Unscrewing SB4 × 8 removes rattles
between the gears of the scissors gear
ASSY. and
θ
axis motor ASSY.
6. Calibration of the shading plate position is
necessary (see 7.4.1).
