6.9 Chuck Motor ASSY.
Replacement part: Chuck motor ASSY. (44101-5110)
1. Remove the V axis carriage ASSY. (44101-
5100) (see 6.8).
2. Unscrew SB5 × 20 (n = 2) and remove the
chuck motor ASSY. (44101-5110) by pulling it
up.
3. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.
1) Attach the chuck motor ASSY. while
aligning the parallel key (44101-M625) with
the notch of the large gear (44101-M661).
2) Check rattle adjustment of the S axis
(see 7.3.2).
3) Calibration of the shading plate position
is necessary (see 7.4.1).
4) C h u c k p r e s s u r e a d j u s t m e n t i s
necessary (see 7.3.1).
6.10 Scissors Gear ASSY.
Replacement part: Scissors gear ASSY. (44101-5120)
1. Remove the V axis carriage ASSY. (44101-
5100) (see 6.8).
2. Unscrew HH6 × 6 (n = 2) to remove the
scissors gear ASSY. (44101-5120).
3. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.
1) Perform rattle adjustment between the
θ
axis gear ASSY. (44101-5130) and
θ
axis
motor ASSY. (44101-5140).
2) Check rattle adjustment of the S and
θθθθθ
axes (see 7.3.2 and 7.3.6).
3) Calibration of the shading plate position
is necessary (see 7.4.1).
