Jumper settings
JP1 in position 1-2: chopping enabled (default).
JP1 in position 2-3: chopping disabled.
NOTE:
The GPTRA mounted inside the control box and the SILCOPAC D power bridge must have the
chopping function enabled by means jumper JP1 set on position 1-2.
NOTE:
Pay attention to the correct insertion of the GPTRA board on the GIFOA: connectors J1 and J2
of GPTRA must correspond with J1 and J2 of GIFOA.
Power board “BPR50” (also called “P” board) (cod. ELC452441)
2.7
The power board, named “BPR50”, or simply “P board”, is a
board that can drive directly 12 thyristors (4-Quadrant
bridge), read the AC current from Current Transformers
and DC motor voltage from a voltage divider mounted on
the power side.
“P board” read also the synchronization voltages (400Vac,
3ph) and gives the power supply to the GIFOA and GPSIA
boards.
In the near figure, the BPR50 board is colored in brown.

Before applying power to the P board, verify the following connections:
X6 - X7 closed
X60 - X61 closed
X62 - X63 closed
