7 - CONCRETE PAD LOCATION
Fabricate a concrete structure sufficient to stabilize and mount the operator. Consult
local building codes to build a pad that meets or is sufficient for the soil type
and climate and capable of supporting the loads inposed by the operator during
operation.
Conduit requirements should be considered before building pad.
8 - CHASSIS MOUNTING
9 - CHAIN BRACKET MOUNTING
Mount chain brackets to gate frame either by using the four
supplied 2” U-Bolts or by tack welding in place.
Put the gate in the center of travel of the opening.
The gate should remain in this position while the
chain is attached to the operator.

Set the operator on the pad and align
the sprockets 3” to 5” from the inside
surface of the gate.
Mark the four mounting holes on the
pad, remove the operator and drill the
holes according to the anchor bolt
manufacturers instructions.
Replace the operator and anchor to
the pad using (4) 1/2” anchor bolts as
shown.
