DAQPad-MIO-16XE-50 User Manual

Installing and Configuring the
DAQPad-MIO-16XE-50

This chapter describes how to install and configure the
DAQPad-MIO-16XE-50.

Installing the Software

Complete the following steps to install the software before installing the
DAQPad-MIO-16XE-50.

Install the application development environment (ADE), such as
LabVIEW or Measurement Studio, according to the instructions on
the CD and the release notes.

Install NI-DAQ according to the instructions on the CD and the

DAQ

Quick Start Guide

included with the device.

Note

It is important to install NI-DAQ before installing the DAQPad-MIO-16XE-50 to

ensure that the device is properly detected.
