Description

Sets/inquires the difference of frequency at the time of 2TONE. The unit specified at the
selected channel ("CHA" command) is used (However, treated as [Hz] if LOG is
specified as the user-defined unit).
When frequency is set to each of CH1 and CH2 and inquired with "?FDI", the frequency
difference value is returned.
