Description

Sets/inquires the modulation frequency of frequency modulation.

Parameters

modulation frequency : 0.1E-3 (0.1mHz)



1000000 (1MHz),

Resolution: 5 digits for 1Hz or higher, 0.1E-3 (0.1mHz) for less than 1Hz

Type 2 (For reference)
