Synchronizes SYNCOUT for the burst/sweep/modulation with FUNCTION OUT.

Compatibility Information

Selection/query of SYNC OUT for the modulation of FSK, PSK, and AMSC is not
supported.

To Select/query SYNC OUT for the modulation of FSK, PSK, and AMSC,
the command needs to be replaced with the WF1947/WF1948 command.
